Product Content

As a vendor, you will provide product-related content such as images, videos, and product specifications to be displayed on the Afrimash website.

Store Management

You will manage your store's updates, pricing, and product availability. Please note that Afrimash charges a fee for store management.

Product Catalog

We offer a free online catalog of 50 products per vendor, with additional products available for a fee. We also provide basic SEO services.

Quality Assurance

In the event that you supply products that are flawed or of substandard quality to our customers, you will be held responsible for replacing them promptly and as necessary to meet our customers' needs.

Delivery

All products must be of high quality and delivered within 24 hours after placing an order.

Payment

We pay vendors three days after delivery/fulfillment. Let's work together to drive sales and create happy customers

Product Content

As a vendor, you will be responsible for providing all product-related content, such as images, videos, documents, product specifications, and unique content. Your supplied content for each product will be displayed on the Afrimash website, showcasing your products to our large and growing customer base.

Product Cataloging

We offer a free online catalog of 50 products per vendor, with additional products available for a fee. We also provide basic SEO services as complimentary offerings to ensure your products are easily found by customers.

Store Management

You will be responsible for minor store management, including product updates, price updates, and product availability. However, you can provide this information to Afrimash's internal store manager on a weekly basis to be updated on your behalf. Please note that Afrimash charges a fee for store management.

Product Availability

It's important that all products in your online store are constantly available. If a product is out of stock, please update the product page on the Afrimash website to indicate it is out of stock or notify the Category Manager immediately. Once the product is available, please update the product label as In Stock and alert the store manager.

Quality Assurance

The vendor to ensure all products delivered to Afrimash clients are 100% guaranteed.  

We require all products delivered to our clients to be of the highest quality, with a 100% guarantee. This means that the product(s) delivered must match the description on the product page as well as purchase orders received via text or email. You must also provide a manufacturer warranty/guarantee on your products and/or replace any defective products.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is crucial to our customers. We require all items to be delivered within the next 24 hours after placing an order. The moment the order is processed, you will receive a notification via email to fulfil the order by liaising with the store/logistics manager.

SEO Key Update

Afrimash provides basic SEO services as complimentary offerings

Mode of Payment

Afrimash is to pay the vendor 3 days after delivery of the product/fulfillment. Each vendor is to supply a registered company account number to make payments.
