Mr Emmanuel A. Olagoke  is an experienced researcher and auditor with a demonstrated history of working in external and internal auditing. He retired in 2005 as the head of department and Chief Internal Auditor at the University of Ibadan with an impressive track record in auditing operating systems. He has worked with the Corporate Affairs Commission (2006), auditing firms (such as Olufemi Olagoke and Co. Chartered Accountants; J.A. Adeniyi & Co. Chartered Accountants) as well as other Chartered Accountants in Nigeria.

His observation of forms submitted to the C.A.C. being returned with queries and comments as well as years of investigative interactions with the Commission after such trends persisted, inspired this book to educate and enlighten the aspiring and existing business owners.
