What if I want to cancel my Overseas order?
  • Once your order is shipped, Afrimash cannot stop its delivery as the import process has started.
  • Cancellations are therefore not authorized after the order has been confirmed and processed.
When will I receive my item exactly?
  • The delivery timeline is indicated on the product page under the name of the seller. It is on business days, thus, it doesn’t take into account weekends and public holidays.
  • It includes the time for the vendor/shipper to fulfil the order, the international shipping to Nigeria, the customs clearance in Nigeria and the available shipping options within Nigeria.

What happens if I don’t receive my product within the estimated delivery time?

In case your item has not yet reached you within the estimated delivery time displayed on the product page, please contact our Customer Service here
You will be able to inquire about the estimated delivery date and other related information.

How can I track my order?

If you are already logged in, click My orders and Check Status. Also, you can contact our Logistics Department on the status of your order.

Refund Policy

A refund should be sought only if your issue is not resolved within a reasonable time frame.

  • Refunds are approved only after the conditions required for refund are met. When there is no other alternative, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds are primarily in the form of Store Credits to Afrimash Wallets.

Will I get refunded the International Shipping and custom Fee for overseas products?

  • The International Shipping and custom Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of any return

To request a refund, after you are logged into Afrimash.com, go to My Account > Orders > Support ... for the order in question. Enter the details of your request and send.

“Shipped from Overseas” return policy

For items flagged as “Shipped from Overseas”, returns are only accepted for the reasons below :

For example, we do not accept returns if the size does not fit, or if the client dislikes the product (colour, material, style). We encourage you to carefully check the full description of the items and confirm they will meet all your expectations before placing your order.
