It is with great joy and gratitude that Afrimash Company Limited celebrates its 4th anniversary. Though our history as Nigeria’s number one digital platform for farmers goes way back to 2016, becoming an incorporated business on February 5, 2019, was a momentous milestone for us. It has been an inspiring journey, and we are thankful for the continued support of our valued clients and partners, which have been essential in helping to shape our company into what it is today.
Our Timeline of Growth
Afrimash started 2019 by driving its growth with strategic partnerships and technology to bring innovative solutions and revolution to agriculture. Our platform has become a leader in agritech, providing farmers with a wide range of inputs, from poultry items to equipment and crop products.
To accommodate the growing customer base and demand, 2020 was a significant year of growth as Afrimash established a strong presence in agriculture and e-commerce, growing our partnership and team and expanding our offerings to improve farmers’ access to quality farm inputs.
The momentum continued into 2021, with Afrimash rebranding to communicate its mission of making agriculture convenient for everyone better. This new look and feel aimed to align with the company’s values of giving farmers a better understanding of its services. The year also saw Afrimash receive several global grants, enabling us to scale up our operations and take our mission to the next level.
Furthermore, by 2022, we have set up networks and launched new products to improve farmers’ access to quality farm inputs. By doing so, our efforts to make farm inputs more accessible and affordable are paying off as more and more farmers join our platform.
Moreover, our roadmap for this year will include focusing on expanding our networks and optimizing ou products. We expect that these initiatives will further contribute to our mission and help us reach even more farmers.
We could not be more proud of all we have achieved in the past four years, and we would be dedicating this celebration period to recognize and appreciating everyone – from the talented marshalls and our wonderful customers, to our partners and advisors, who have all contributed to our success stories since and before our incorporation.
