Last week, a group of business students from the University of Ibadan School of Business (UISB) paid a visit to us at our corporate office to gain insight into the systems, structure, and processes of our company’s operations.

First, they were introduced to the company’s management and commercial team and were given an overview of the company. We were able to show them how Afrimash uses technology and data analysis to optimize our products to ensure that they meet the needs of farmers across Nigeria.

One of the highlights of the visit was the tour of the company’s facilities. They were fascinated by the culture and the demography of our workforce- young and highly talented individuals. This was an invaluable experience, as it gave them a firsthand understanding of the system and structure involved in our processes. 

After the tour, the students had a Q&A session with the management team, during which they were able to ask any questions they had about the company and its operations. They were impressed by the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. As a result, many of them expressed interest in pursuing a career in the agricultural technology industry.

Overall, the visit to Afrimash was a valuable learning experience for the students. It gave them an in-depth understanding of the processes of a leading agricultural technology company and provided them with valuable insights into the industry. The students left Afrimash with a deeper appreciation for the role of technology in agriculture and the importance of innovation and sustainability in this field.
