Also, we forward the vaccination/medication schedule to your registered email after completion of successful orders (creation of order and payment). 3. We ship our birds on Mondays and Thursdays to locations in south-west Nigeria while Tuesdays and Fridays are scheduled pickup days for customers in other parts of the country. 4. You can pick up your orders on the morning of the scheduled days after you have been contacted via text/email/calls by our Customer Experience staff. *Note* Before leaving the point of delivery, please count your birds while the driver is still there. Once you ensure the driver or delivery agent witnesses any loss, and you confirm this with us. you will be compensated once we confirm/corroborate the loss/inconsistency at delivery.
